What are your options?

Level I: Certified Behavioral Wellness GPS

The purpose of the certified Behavioral Wellness GPS is two-fold – one to provide opportunities for participants to unlock vast yet untapped potential for leading individual transformational strategies. And two, to provide opportunities for participants to develop skills and a common understanding of how to lead the “change process” for becoming the best version of ourselves. The proposed work involves discovering more about oneself and others and identifying one’s authentic integrity, recognizing limiting beliefs, and empowering the courage to take massive actions outside of an already existing paradigm.

Our intent is to create a laboratory for participants to learn the tools and skills and demonstrate their learning by practicing and doing it in the learning classroom itself, because we want the learning to be “in their bones” and habits rather than only “in their heads” and notebooks. The process blends theory with structured exercises, small and large group activities and discussions, individual assignments, and presentations to develop situational effectiveness with actual events. The certified Behavioral Wellness GPS is a prerequisite course to Level II.

Learning Objectives:

Through highly interactive participation in this course, participants will be able to:

* Improve the quality of their lives by applying the 5 key concepts of wellness and recovery in their everyday life
* Identify tools and coping skills to counter the negative effects of life challenges and improve responses to disturbing feelings and thoughts to achieve improved states of wellness
* Declare and develop your mission statement and self-assessment of the archetypal wheel of life
* Describe the history, foundation, and structure of the Behavioral Wellness GPS and Behavioral Wellness For You

Level II: Certified Behavioral Wellness GPS Coaching

The learning of the Behavioral Wellness GPS Coaching is an opportunity for participants to learn and understand the skills and new approaches in co-creating an effective culture of progress at home, workplace, college campuses, and personal habits. The focus is on providing a vehicle in taking massive actions to bring forth your mission statement and understanding of the archetypal wheel, which were developed in Level I.

The learning is structured to encourage and support participants in exploring and increasing their smart partnerships and behavioral wellness potential in community life. BW4U uses “vision” as a tool for determining community and sustaining personal wellness goals. The ability to enlist others’ support and resources in achieving those goals are also learned. In general, everyone tends to experience increased clarity and personal power, resting in team spirit and individual excellence. The learning will give the participant avenues for more effective coaching. Emphasis is on personal effectiveness, prudent positioning, mastery of communication, contribution to the team, and clarification of your personal purpose.

The learning is not another offshoot of one of the countless “behavioral coaching guru” programs on the market. It does not induce ongoing dependency on itself or other consultants; it rather over delivers the tools in which one may continue the act of self-empowerment. Also, setting it apart is the fact that BW4U services are tailored to the participant’s unique environment rather than to the public. To attend this learning program, it is expected that you would have completed the prerequisite course in Level I – Behavioral Wellness GPS.

Learning Objectives:

Through participation in the course, participants will be able to:

* Identify and practice personal values
* Practice self-care implementation
* Strengthen self-talk
* Sustain personal wellness
* Increase adaptive capacity
* Embody personal mastery

Level III: Certified Behavioral Wellness GPS Leadership Coaching

A new kind of leadership culture is needed during times of change, including stepping beyond conventional approaches for planning and discovering creative solutions to the following questions: How can we nurture ourselves and our teams in the midst of turbulent change? How can we create a resilient organization and team culture that continues to innovate and renew? How can we achieve different results while empowering compassionate leadership, commitment, and resolution for healthier community life and ourselves? The answers to these questions will be explored in-depth and serve as a hands-on approach in empowering participants to use their new learned skills. In addition, give permission to oneself to practice being a different observer with new conversations. Also being curious in cultivating a new awareness and confidence in practicing wellness methodologies with self and others for the greater good of the organizational and team effectiveness in promoting healthier outcomes.
